How can I tell if surveys are being delivered?

You can access an audit log of surveys sent by logging into your Loop account. Once logged in, on the left navigation panel, you will see the Surveys option with a drop-down indicator.  Select the Surveys option from the left navigation.

 

 

Once selected, the sub-menu will appear.  Click the Sent Surveys Link.

 

 

Once selected, you will be presented with your surveys that you sent.  Information provided will include when the survey was sent, the recipient, email, the status of the survey for that recipient and if the survey was completed, the date and time it was completed.
