How to add a custom domain

Instructions for adding your own custom domain to Survey Loop

By default, all surveys are distributed to contacts through Survey Loop's email provider from our systems. This article describes the process to customize the domain to your own, should you wish to customize this to be sent from your own provider.

Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. Scroll down to Domains.

  3. Click "New Domain."

  4. Type the domain you'd like to send emails from through Survey Loop.

  5. Click "Add Domain."

  6. Refresh the screen until the new record propagates as a new Domain.

  7. Click Verify next to the Domain that was just added.

  8. Log in to your DNS provider and enter the Host and Data for the various CNAME records.

  9. Click "Check Verification" to ensure all CNAME records are Valid.
