Use Case: A consumer services company introduces a new customer onboarding survey to evaluate the effectiveness of their onboarding process. After new customers complete the onboarding process, they receive a survey asking about their likelihood of recommending the company's onboarding process, clarity and informativeness of the process, and their overall satisfaction rating. The survey also prompts customers to provide feedback on any information or support they wish they had received during the onboarding process and any other comments or suggestions they have.

New Customer Onboarding Survey:

  1. On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend our company's onboarding process to others? (NPS)

  2. Did you find the onboarding process clear and informative? (Yes/No)

  3. Please rate your satisfaction with the onboarding experience on a scale of 1-5.

  4. Is there any information or support you wish you had received during the onboarding process?

  5. Any other comments or suggestions regarding your onboarding experience?
