Employee Training/Development Survey Example

Use Case: A consumer services company offers various training programs to its employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. To evaluate the effectiveness of these training programs, the company administers an employee training survey after each session. The survey includes questions on the likelihood of recommending the training programs to colleagues, whether the sessions adequately addressed the employees' learning needs and objectives, and their effectiveness rating. Employees are also asked to specify the most valuable skills or knowledge they gained from the training and provide any additional feedback about the programs.

Employee Training/Development Survey:

  1. On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend our company's training programs to your colleagues? (NPS)
  2. Did the training sessions adequately address your learning needs and objectives? (Yes/No)
  3. Please rate the effectiveness of the training sessions on a scale of 1-5.
  4. What specific skills or knowledge did you gain from the training that you find most valuable?
  5. Any additional feedback you'd like to share about the training programs?
